How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How quickly will I get my order?
The typical delivery time is between 20-40 days to any country in the world.
Most items are dispatched within 4-5 days, and if delivery is likely to take longer than this we will let you know before we process your payment.
If you need an item by a particular date please tell us when you place the order – it if is urgent, we recommend you phone us.
If for any reason we cannot accept your order or anticipate a delay in delivery, we will contact you.
How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
We will email you a confirmation after your order has been dispatched.
You might not receive this confirmation email if you made a spelling mistake when you entered your email address. Login and check your registered email address.
Spam filters in your email program may also block this type of email. Please check your junk mail folders.
What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?
If you do not receive your goods within 35 working days, please contact us for tracking information.
Please note, most international delivery services do not consider items to be lost until 40 days have elapsed.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Once we have reviewed the damaged goods we will dispatch a replacement or refund you in full.
What countries do you ship to?
We can deliver to anywhere in the world. Please note: in some countries you may be liable for import taxes.
What will I be charged for shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders.
How will my order be sent?
All items are shipped using optimal for your country reputable delivery service. You can track your parcels using this tracking service. A signature will be required, so please ensure that someone will be available to sign for your parcel. If no-one is available to sign, the courier will usually attempt to deliver twice, and then will leave a card telling you how to arrange redelivery or pick up from their local office.
Be warned, however, you must do this within one week, otherwise, the parcel is returned to us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
